The American-Icelandic Chamber of Commerce (AMÍS) hosted its Thanksgiving celebration on Thursday, November 28, in a wonderful atmosphere and a packed house. Guests enjoyed a delicious turkey feast at Mathús Garðabæjar and had the unique opportunity to hear Guðmundur Fertram, founder of Kerecis, share the story and development of the company. Guðmundur also discussed an intriguing vision for the future, including the potential impact of Donald Trump’s victory in the U.S. presidential election on Kerecis' market strategy and the opportunities it may create in a shifting landscape.
