The President of Iceland, Halla Tómasdóttir, will go on an official visit to Sweden from 6 to 8 of May. To mark the occasion, a business delegation will accompany the President.
The delegation’s programme is being organised by Íslandsstofa (Business Iceland), Business Sweden, and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden, in collaboration with the Swedish-Icelandic Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Icelandic Industries, Karolinska University Hospital, Stockholm Science City Foundation, the Stockholm School of Economics, and the Embassy of Iceland in Stockholm.
The programme will include events focused on health technology, innovation, and investment, with a particular emphasis on how Iceland and Sweden can jointly enhance their competitiveness in an ever-evolving geopolitical landscape.
